I’ve been using Straumann implant parts for a while now, and they’ve held up really well. They feel sturdy, and I haven’t had any problems with cracking, looseness, or anything like that so far. They’re definitely not the cheapest option, but the durability seems to make up for it. I’m taking off one star because the ordering info could be clearer, and I don’t really trust customer service to catch mistakes or explain things properly, so I end up double-checking everything myself.

The aftercare was really helpful. It felt like they didn’t just disappear once everything was done, which I appreciated.

My order from straumann.com arrived on time, and to be fair, most of it was exactly what I ordered. The main items were right, which I appreciated because that’s obviously the most important part.
